Many a time I waved a hand or passed Jay going to various destinations. I loved talking to Jay and listening to his experiences on the open road and general conversation. He will be greatly missed by me and anyone who had a chance to know him and work around him. Heartfelt Condolences, Dave V Trucking INC.

My deepest sympathies to Janet, and family!
I was honored to serve Jay in creating his health!
which was intrinsically motivated by his faith, his family and his profession.

My heart hurts with his loss, but my soul rejoices that he is with the Lord our God.

Our condolences to the Hoover family. Jay was a wonderful and family dedicated man. Always a joy to talk to Jay, shared many laughs over the years, hard worker and a gentleman. A man always ready to help at work and share his knowledge of trucking. It was a sad day Friday when we heard the news. Our prayers are with you all. GOD bless.
