Anna L (Allen) Wilson

Anna L. Wilson, 74, of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania and formerly of Spring Run, PA  passed away February 4, 2019  at Manor Care Health Services, Chambersburg, PA. She was born on July 26, 1944  in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania  to Toy  and Anna  (Thomas) Allen.  She had worked at the Franklin County Prison in Chambersburg, PA where she was a Correctional Officer until she retired.  Anna enjoyed playing bingo, going to the beach, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
     She is survived by her four children: Sandra (wife of Ray) McGee of Spring Run, PA, Deborah (wife of Brandon) Tucker of Harrisonville, PA, Kathleen Gorick of Bemidji, MN, and David (husband of Noelle) Wilson of Frostburg, MD.  She has ten grandchildren: McKenzie, Donovan, Cassidy, and Katie McGee, Whitney Davis and Alison Tucker, Kyle and Nicholas Gorick,, Devan and Brennan Wilson.  She has five great-grandchildren: London, Gulianna, Korbyn, Taylum and Royce, with one on the way.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.
     An evening of visitation will be held Friday Feb. 8, 2019 from 6:00 till 8:00 PM at the Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, Chambersburg.  A private memorial service will take place with the immediate family at a later date.  Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, Ltd., has been entrusted with conducting the funeral services.
