Audrey Patterson Graham, 96, of St. Thomas, passed away September 29, 2025 at home surrounded by her family. Born December 30, 1928, in Cumberland, MD, the daughter of the late Samuel Jess Patterson Sr and Grace Schlack Patterson. She was a graduate of the former Chambersburg High School, class of 1946, and of the former Chambersburg Business college. She retired from the US Postal Service after nearly 30 years of service. She was a lifelong member of the St. Thomas Lutheran Church and also a member of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees and the Detrich Brechbill Post American Legion Auxiliary.

She married John S. Graham Jr on May 29, 1952. He preceded her in death on March 1, 2006. 

Audrey is survived by granddaughter Amanda K. Lippy and husband Travis M. Lippy with whom she had resided for nearly ten years, three great-grandchildren; Graham McClay Lippy, Adam John Stewart Lippy and Natalie Hope Lippy, all of St. Thomas. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter Lonni Graham Marshall on November 13, 2015 and a brother Samuel Jess Patterson Jr on November 8, 1969. 

It is her wish that there be no public services. A private interment will be at the convenience of the family. She also wished to acknowledge that her granddaughter and her family are the best in the world. Audrey’s family would like to express their gratitude and appreciation for the compassionate care that she received from Residential Hospice.
