Beulah L. Harr, 92, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away June 12, 2026. She was born December 12, 1933, in McConnellsburg, PA, the daughter of Marshall and Lois (Stake) Layton.
Beulah is survived by her children, Barbara and Michale; grandchildren, Katrina, Belinda D. and Nichole; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mervin; son Eugene; siblings, Geroge, Herb, Virginia and Helen.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM, at Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, Ltd., 725 Norland Ave, Chambersburg, PA. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery in McConnellsburg.
