Charles L. Whiteley , 84 , of Chambersburg , Pennsylvania passed away September 16, 2019 at Menno Haven Rehabilitation Center. He was born on February 20, 1935 in Corry , Pennsylvania to the late Gerald and Mildred (Irvine ) Whiteley . Charles is survived by his wife Mrs. Erika H (Weis) Whiteley and his son, Erik Whiteley (wife of Janlee) of California. Charles is an Army Veteran and retired from Letterkenny Army Depot in Special Weapons after 42 years.
