Cheryl A. Alleman, 72, of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania peacefully passed away on Dec. 14th at home with family by her side.  She was born on November 26, 1950 in McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania  to Melvin and Dorothy  (Henry) Keebaugh.  She had retired from Chambersburg Hospital where she had worked in the billing office.  She attended the Trinity Lutheran Church in Chambersburg.  She enjoyed traveling to Williamsburg, fishing in Canada, and quilting with friends in Shippensburg.  

She is survived by her husband of twenty-one years, Roger Alleman and her two step-children:  Todd (husband of Dianne) Alleman of Williamsburg, VA., and Dawn (wife of Bill Haas) Alleman of Williamsburg, VA.  She has three grandchildren; Laurel, Logan, and Lily.  She is also survived by a sister, Delores Mills and a brother, Doug Keebaugh.  

A funeral service will be conducted Tuesday Dec. 20, 2022 at 3:00PM at the Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, Chambersburg with Chaplain Amy Wagner officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.  The family requests casual dress for the service.  Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.  The family requests the omission of flowers and asks that memorial donations in her name be made to Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter, Chambersburg, PA.
