Clair Ray Wilson, age 74, of Mercersburg, went home to heaven on 10/30/2025. Born July 23, 1951, in Williamson, PA. He was the son of the late Clayton Ray Wilson and Dorothy Irene (Straley) Wilson.
Clair graduated from James Buchanan High School in 1969. Clair served in the Navy from August 1971 to 1979 as a Nuclear Weapons Technician on the USS Forrestal. On February 16, 1986, he married Deloris Jane Heinbaugh. Together they raised four children. Clair loved spending time with and feeding his family and friends. Clair was a member of Greencastle Church of God.
Clair is survived by his wife of 39 years Deloris, four children Annalisa Monninger Ambrisco, Robert Monninger, Tony Monninger, and Kayla Wilson. Eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Brother Bill Wilson and sister Frances Wilson.
The family will have a celebration of life on a date to be determined. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Jimmy Swaggart Ministries or Mercy House Chambersburg PA.
