David Michael Greene, Sr.

David Michael Greene Sr., 55, of Waynesboro,  passed away May 31, 2022 at home with family by his side.  He was born on June 8, 1966  in Pensacola, Florida  to David  and Jacquelyn  (Sidner) Greene.  He had been a carpenter, he loved traveling, playing pool, and his cars.  He had served in the US Army, and was a member of Greencastle American Legion Post 373, where he had served on the board.  He enjoyed cooking.
     He is survived by his wife of thirty-one years,  Lisa Michelle Fetterhoff Greene and their three children:  Kayla (wife of Jon) Witmer of Greencastle, Lindsay (wife of Cody) Glunt of Chambersburg, and David Greene of Waynesboro, PA.  David has six grandchildren:  Kinsley, Weston, Avehana, Hazel, Phoenix and Alvin.  He is also survived by his mother, Jacquelyn Sidner Miller of Waynesboro, his father, David Greene of Michigan, as well as four siblings, Mark Gardner, Melisa Barlow, Michael Greene, and Brian Greene.  He was preceded in death by a sister, Cary Greene.
     A memorial service will be held Saturday June 11, 2022 from 1:00 till 4:00PM at the Greencastle American Legion, Post 373, Carlisle St., Greencastle.  Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.  Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, Ltd., Chambersburg has been entrusted with conducting his services.
