David E. McDonald Obituary

David E. McDonald, 67, of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania passed away September 25, 2022 at Chambersburg Hospital.  He was born on April 18, 1955 in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania  to Reed  and Cora  (Seville) McDonald.  He had worked at Grove Manufacturing for 38 years until his health prevented him from working. He loved his family, hunting, and building things with his hands.  He would do anything for anyone who needed his help.
     He is survived  by his wife of ten years, Josephine M. Thompson.  He has two daughters:  April (wife of Shannon) Ehrhart of Spring Run, PA and Tabatha (wife of Ralph) Doyle of Spring Run, PA.  He has three step-children:  Tamar (wife of Wade) Kopecek of Waynesborg, Melvin (husband of Lillian) Welsh III of Chambersburg and Bobby (husband of Cara) Welsh of Shippensburg.  He has thirteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.  He has three sisters; Carolyn, Doris, and Judy and a brother, Donnie.
