Dennis E. Gipe

Dennis Eugene Gipe, 65, of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania passed away June 3, 2022 at home.  He was born on October 27, 1956  in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania  to Wendell  and Betty  (Pittman) Gipe.  He owned and operated DEG Automotive for the last thirty years.
He enjoyed making and creating things for his family. 
     He is survived by his wife of forty years, Rose Bricker Gipe and their son, John W. (husband of Sylvia) Gipe of Chambersburg.  He is survived by two sisters, Joyce (wife of Russell) Osborne of Bonita Springs, FL.,  Deborah Thomas of Abingdon, MD and a brother, Donald Gipe of Chambersburg.   He was preceded in death by his parents.
     Funeral services will be held Thursday June 9, 2022 at 11:00AM at the Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, Chambersburg with Chaplain Joel T.
