Dennis Hartman Obituary

Dennis R. Hartman, 63, of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania passed away August 2, 2020 at the Chambersburg Hospital. He was born on March 7, 1957 in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania to Casper and Teresa (Eck) Hartman. He retired from Letterkenny Army Depot after 40 years of service. He was a supporter of the Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter.

Dennis is survived by his wife of 36 years, Barbara (Martin) Hartman, his two children; Mindi Divelbiss of Fayetteville and Bret Statler of Chambersburg. He is survived by two sisters; Anna Rosenberry of Chambersburg and Paula McFadden of McConnellsburg, a brother, Casper "Gino" (Helen) Hartman Jr. of Shippensburg and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by numerous aunts and uncles.

Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be sent to the Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter, 5051 Letterkenny Road W., Chambersburg, PA 17202. Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, Ltd. of Chambersburg has been entrusted with the services.
