Donna Jane (Barnett) Heckman, 69, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away August 29, 2025. She was born April 5, 1956, in Somerset, PA, the daughter of Donald and Sara Jane (Koontz) Barnett. 

In addition to her mother, Donna is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Ann Heckman, two grandsons, Jared Michael Nathaniel Myers of Evington, VA, and Meric Alan Griffith Heckman LCpl in USMC stationed in Hawaii, son James Michael Heckman and three granddaughters. She also leaves behind sisters, Wanda (Rick) Kershner and Beverly (Chris) Hornbaker, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of nearly 52 years, Randy Lee Heckman. 

A celebration of life service will be held on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 6:00 PM at Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, Ltd., 725 Norland Ave, Chambersburg. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service. A graveside service will be held at Ft. Indiantown Gap National Cemetery on Friday, September 12, 2025, at 10:30 AM.
