Evelyn Grace Keebaugh, 92, of McConnellsburg and formerly of Chambersburg,  passed away October 9, 2022 at Fulton County Medical Center, Long Term Care Unit.  She was born on August 9, 1930 in Hagerstown, Maryland  to Riley  and Loretta  (Warenfeltz) Bitner.  She had retired from Fairchild Industries where she had been an assembler.  She was a member of Green Village Baptist Church.  She enjoyed card games and spending time with friends and family.
     She is survived by her two children:  Arlene (companion of John Talhelm) Keebaugh of Chambersburg and her son, Allen (husband of Sally) Keebaugh of Mercersburg. She has a step-daughter, Connie Miller of Mercersburg.  She has five grandchildren.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Cloyd A. Keebaugh Jr. and two sons; Authur and Rick Keebaugh.
