Frank James Cooper, of St. Thomas, Pennsylvania passed away January 9, 2023. He was born on February 11, 1937, in Altoona, Pennsylvania to Kenneth and Helen (Ellis) Cooper. Frank served in the Army for three years, and then worked at Letterkenny Army Depot for 38 years before retiring. He enjoyed hunting with his family.

Frank is survived by his wife of 60 years, Helen Cooper, his children, Matthew (husband of Leslie) Cooper, Joseph (husband of Cheryl) Cooper, and Christopher Cooper, granddaughter, Allysa Cooper and a brother, John Cooper.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four siblings.

A Funeral Mass will be held at a later date.
