Frederick J. Herrington Jr., 68, of Mont Alto, Pennsylvania passed away December 19, 2020 at Hershey Medical Center. He was born on October 15, 1952 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Frederick and Ilene (Murphy) Herrington Sr. He retired from the US Army after 20+ years of service. He worked at the Holocaust Museum for 10+ plus years. He was a model train enthusiast, coin collector, and loved camping. He was a huge Pittsburgh sports fan.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Regina Smith Herrington and their three children: Christina (wife of Curtis) Hartless of Spotsylvania, Virginia, Frederick John Herrington III of Orrstown, Pennsylvania, and Heather (wife of Craig) McClanahan of Vine Grove, Kentucky. He has six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, Ltd. of Chambersburg has been entrusted with conducting the services. Online condolences may be expressed at www.KelsoCorneliusFH.com
