Furman D. Wise Jr., 93, of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania passed away Monday, January 4, 2021 at MennoHaven. He was born on December 6, 1927 in Sullivan's Island, South Carolina to the late Furman and Evelyn (Venters) Wise.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Virginia Louise; his brother, Robert; his sister, Joyce Mitchum; and his grandson Jason Wise. Furman is survived by his seven children: Steven (Edna), Brant (Ann), Mark (Rebecca) Annamarie (Kevin), Karen (Albert, Jennifer (Darrell) and Melinda (CJ); his sisters, Agnes Koeper and Susie Bennett: his brother Mack ; and his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-granddaughter.

Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, Ltd. of Chambersburg has been entrusted with his care. Due to the current health crisis services with be private and at the convenience of the family.
