Harry Dean Skiles

Harry Dean Skiles, 69, of St. Thomas, formerly of New Florence, Pennsylvania passed away January 11, 2022 at home. He was born on October 24, 1952  in Johnstown, Pennsylvania  to Vernon  and Margaret  (Bowers ) Skiles. He attended St. Thomas Assembly of God, and was a member of the St. Thomas American Legion Post 612. Dean was a former owner of Domino's Pizza in Chambersburg, and most recently a retired truck driver who loved hunting, fishing, and riding motorcycles.
Dean is survived by his wife of 26 years, Cherylann Skiles, a son Ryan Dean (husband of Jessica) Skiles, grandchildren Guerin and Raegan. He is also survived by a sister, Patricia Morgan, and a brother, Kenneth Skiles.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Margaret Skiles.
A funeral service for Dean will be held on Thursday, January 20, 2021, at 7:00 PM, at the Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, St. Thomas, with Pastor Josh Baldwin officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 7:00 PM before the service. The family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, 725 Norland Ave. Chambersburg, PA 17201 to assist with the funeral expenses.
