Hellen R. (Shatzer) Miller

Helen R. Miller, 96, passed away on August 7, 2021.  She was born January 9, 1925 in St. Thomas, Pa, to the late Paul and Beulah (Otenberger) Shatzer.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred W. Miller and son Fred W. Miller, Jr.  Also, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Dan Shatzer and Robert Shatzer and 4 sisters, Lois June as an infant, Janet McFadden, Rosaline Byers, and Mary Grace Picking.  Eva Fox of Fayetteville, Pa. is the sole surviving sister.  
She has a granddaughter, Alicia Watkins (Buddie-husband) of Edenville, Pa. and a great grandson, Ellias Watkins and a grandson, Jason Miller of Chambersburg, Pa.
She resided with her nephew and niece, Terry and Carolyn Brand of Auburn, Ga. since February 2019, preceding her death.
She has a nephew, Gary Taylor (Toby-wife) of Edenville, Pa.
She worked for Mountain Brook Orchards for many years.
She was a member of Edenville United Methodist Church.
She loved to sew and make crafts.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home in St. Thomas, Pa.  There will be a viewing 10:00 a.m.  Services will be at 11:00a.m.  Burial will be in St Thomas Cemetary after the service.

Officiating the service will be Summer Love Bair, Pastor of the Edenville United Methodist Church.
