Ida Marie Repp, 74, of Clear Spring, Maryland passed away September 18, 2021 in Hagerstown, Maryland. She was born on April 8, 1947 in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania to Hart and Kathryn (McGowan) Dymond.
Ida is survived by her mother Kathryn Dymond , her husband David Repp, and her children Timothy Wingert, Tina Stone, Tammie Lindo, and Tracie Harnish. Ida is also survived by her three step-children Joel Repp, Mark Repp, and Sandy Baker, her siblings Robert (Bobby) Dymond, Kathy Spidell and Kim Brookens, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by Hart Dymond.
Ida enjoyed baking and cooking every day, canning everything and anything. She was well known for her baked goods at the American Legion Post 46 bingos. Along with her husband, Ida also enjoyed growing her own vegetables and gardening, as well as drying and preserving herbs and spices. Her world revolved around her mother, her children and grandchildren and she loved her ducks. She loved fishing, crabbing and the beach, and always looked forward to her annual family and friend beach trips, and annual holiday cookie baking. She enjoyed video chats, and playing cards and games. Spending time with her loved ones was her pride and joy.
A funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at 5:30 PM at the Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, 725 Norland Avenue, Chambersburg. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the funeral service. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
