James J. “Jimmy Joe” Price passed away June 30, 2025. He was born May 6, 1968. 

As a lineman for 35 years, Jimmy was a foreman for Pike Electric out of North Carolina. On his days off, Jimmy loved to hunt, fish, go deer spotting and spend time with friends and family. He would also frequently be found working in the garage on multiple projects. Whether for the house or the cars, he was always tinkering away. 

Jimmy is survived by his wife Catherine E. (Hoffman) Price, stepson David P. Johns III, son Dalton E. Price, daughter Joanna E. Price, mother Anna M. (Parsons) Price, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father James O. Price and two brothers; David L. and Daniel J. Price.
