Obituary
Jeffrey Allen Wingert, 69, of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania passed away May 1, 2022 at home after a brief illness. He was born on August 23, 1952 in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania to the late Nelson and Orpha (Reed) Wingert. Jeff was a mason contractor for over 30 years. He enjoyed reading, history, and many outdoor activities.
Jeff is survived by his loving wife Mary (Gorman) Wingert, and his siblings Donna (wife of Stephan) Houseknecht, Ronny (companion of Katie Warne) Wingert, Sonja Wingert, and Nathan (husband of Deana) Wingert. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service for Jeff will be held on Friday, May 6, 2022, at 1:00 PM at the Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, St. Thomas with Pastor David Kent officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM, before the service at the funeral home. Interment at St. Thomas Cemetery will follow the funeral service.
