Judith D. Appleby, 81, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away September 19, 2025. She was born in Chambersburg, PA, on November 12, 1943, the daughter of Harry R. and Edith I. (Forrester) Wenger. 

Judith is survived by her husband of 64 years, Harold L. Appleby. They were married May 7, 1961. She is also survived by three daughters; Tracy Rowe, Ginger Goodyear, Kelly (wife of Jerel) Walls, eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by son; Tony Lewis Appleby, and brother Chester Eugene Wenger. 

A graveside service will be held on October 3, 2025 at 1:00 PM at St. Thomas Cemetery with Pastor Steve Barnett officiating.
