Kathy Lynn (Haines) Baker, 59, of Pennsylvania passed away on August 12, 2023, surrounded by her family. She was born on February 28, 1964, to Raymond and Charlotte (Stockman) Haines. Kathy was a long-time employee for Frederick County Public Schools. 

She is survived by two daughters, Heather Logsdon and two children and Samantha Martin, wife of Amos Martin, and three children, as well as many other family members. Her father, two brothers and sister proceed her in death. 

A celebration of life will be held at 9013 Gap Road, Waynesboro, PA, 17268, on August 26, 2023, from 1:00 - 4:00 PM. Flowers may be sent to this location.
