Larry Mitchell Obituary

Larry Edward Mitchell, 73, of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania passed away May 13, 2022 at York Hospital. He was born on November 28, 1948 in Fairhope, Alabama to Kermit and Eva Mitchell. Larry was in the Army in Vietnam, and received a Purple Heart. He was an avid golfer, loved to tell jokes, had a wonderful smile and enjoyed making people laugh.

Larry is survived by his wife Ernestine Mitchell, and his children, Tracy Jones, Shirley Ditch, and Cynthia Fuller, as well as many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by two brothers.
