Lyle R. White

Lyle Raymond White, 70, of St. Thomas, PA, passed away April 18, 2026. He was born November 13, 1955, in Oakland, MD, the son of Lawerence A. and Maysell (Arborgast) White. Lyle was a cross-country truck driver with his trucking companion, Tucker, the Chihuahua. He was a loving father and will always be remembered by his favorite quote, “It is what it is”. 

Lyle is survived by three children, Harland L. White, Robert B. Barnhart Jr and Kathy Barnhart, as well as two sisters, Kathy L. Schrock and Martha Jean Niner. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter, Maysell Virginia White. 

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
