Mahlon G. Yeager, 90, of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania passed away November 15, 2023. He was born on September 22, 1933, in Williamson, Pennsylvania to Garnet and Alice (Linninger) Yeager.
He loved reading, being outdoors, fishing, hunting and gardening with his grandson. He was the owner of Yeager’s Upholstery and was a member of Chambersburg Brethren in Christ Church (now Mission Hill Church).
Mahlon is survived by his wife Mary of almost 60 years, son Mahlon G. Yeager, Jr., daughter-in-law Charlotte and grandson Albray whom he loved so very much, and son Lynn. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter Kim, brothers Charles and Reuben Yeager and sister Ellen (Yeager) Dickenson.
He will truly be missed.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 24, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, Ltd., Chambersburg. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Gardens. Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, Ltd., Chambersburg has been entrusted with these services.
