Nancy M. George

Nancy M. George, 87, of Chambersburg, PA passed away August 4, 2024 at Mercy House of Chambersburg. She was born on July 24, 1937  in Chambersburg to William and Loretta Eyer. 

Nancy is survived by her daughters, Denise (wife of Carl) Rhodes and Teresa (Brian Grove) Lynch, grandchildren Cody Rhodes and Alexa Morgan, great-grandchildren Liliana and Samson, as well two siblings, William (husband of Gloria) Eyer Jr and Patricia (wife of David) Weidner, and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Glenn Elwood. 

A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 9, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at Parklawn Memorial Gardens in Chambersburg. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Nancy's name may be made to Mercy House, 730 Norland Avenue, Chambersburg, PA, 17201.
