Paul E. (Eddie) Kunkle, 74, of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania passed away October 22, 2022 at the Chambersburg Hospital.. He was born on November 15, 1947 in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania to Paul and Josephine (Spidle) Kunkle. He served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam Conflict. He attended King St. United Brethren Church where he had served on the Mission Commision, the Finance Committee and the Shepherds Ministry. He was responsible for the "Church in the Pines" at Caledonia for many years. He was an avid golfer and loving his golfing dates with his son-in-law and grandsons. He enjoyed having road trips with his grandchildren and walks with his dog, Suki.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Arlene Ramer Kunkle of Chambersburg and their two daughters: Stacey R. (wife of Scott) Mentzer of Chambersburg and Amy K. (wife of James) Stigelman of Lancaster, PA. He has five grandchildren: Bryce Mentzer, Kyler Stigelman, Drew Mentzer, Keira Stigelman, and Cohen Stigelman. He is also survived by three brothers: James, John, and Donald Kunkle.
Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. The familly will receive friends at the King Street United Brethren Church from 12:00 till 2:00 PM on Saturday, Nov. 5, 2022.
