Rebecca Kay Glessner, 64, of Greencastle, Pennsylvania passed away October 21, 2022 at Meritus Medical Center. She was born on September 11, 1958 in Frederick, Maryland to Arthur and Annabelle (Mercer) Sherman.  She enjoyed doing crafty things, like jewelry making, crocheting, painting, and cake decorating.  She worked at Antietam Dairy last year.  

Rebecca is survived by her husband, Jack Glessner, three children; Tawnya Barkdoll of Chambersburg, Amanda Tharp, and Paul Gerstenlauer, of Greencastle, and three step-children;  Anthony Glessner of Fort Bragg, NC, Jason Glessner of Reading, PA, and Brad Glessner of Greencastle, PA. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and two sisters. In addition to her parents, Rebecca is preceded in death by a sister, Linda Woodward.  

A Celebration of Rebecca's Life will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2022, at 1:00PM, at the Greencastle Baptist Church, 2377 Buchanan Trail W, Greencastle, PA 17225, with Pastor Robert Sheldon officiating.  The familly will receive friends one hour prior to the service.  Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, Ltd., Chambersburg has been entrusted with her care.
