Richard D. Rogers, 85, of St. Thomas, Pennsylvania passed away on November 5, 2021 in Chambersburg. Born September 14, 1936 in Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Wilber Sylvester and Francis Margaret (Devlin) Rogers. Married on June 30, 1959, he was the husband of Carolyn A. (Wible) Rogers.
In addition to his wife, Richard is survived by his children Tina Rogers Franklin and Richard D. Rogers, II.
