Robert Thomas 'Tom" Crider

Robert Thomas "Tom"  Crider, 74, of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania passed away October 16, 2021 at Chambersburg Hospital.  He was born on May 12, 1947  in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania  to Frederick  and Adelaide  (Evans) Crider.  Tom had worked for James River Corporation for 29 years before becoming a realtor for Prudential Franklin Reality Associates.  
     He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Judith Jean (Kitzmiller) Crider and their two children:  Karl "Tom" (husband of Deyanira) Crider of Chambersburg and Stephanie (wife of Russell) Files of Mooresville, NC.  He has nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  He is also survived by a sister, Margaret Lindsay and two brothers; Frederick and Alan Crider.   In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter Cynthia Cody and his infant brother, James.
     Funeral services will be conducted Thursday Oct. 21, 2021 at 2:00PM at the Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, Chambersburg with Rev. Russel Files officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.  Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
