Robert "Bob" David Keyser, 68, of Fayetteville, PA passed away unexpectedly at his home on February 22, 2025.

 

He was born May 14th, 1956 in Chambersburg, PA. He was the son of the late Robert W. and Janet L. (Kyle) Keyser.

 

Bob graduated from CASHS class of '74. He worked many years at his former Father-In-Law's shop Colonial Cabinets, and went on to retire from JLG. He enjoyed the outdoors, watching movies, listening to music, and most importantly having a good time with his friends and family.

 

In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by many of his close friends including Connie, Roger, Jim, Diff, and more.

 

He is survived by a son, David A. Keyser and his life partner Jennifer Mellema. His two sisters, Jeanne and husband Tim Davis, and Bonita "Bonnie" and husband Mark Krueger. He also had numerous nephews, Brian Krueger (Amber) and his daughter Kristina, Brett Krueger (Kori) and his son Dylan and daughter MacKenzie, Tim Davis and daughter Megan, Rick Davis (Kristina) and daughters Rachel and Amanda;  and niece, Tina (Mike) Fleetwood and son Ryan and daughter Caroline. Also many very special friends including Maddy and husband Josh, and their son Conner and daughter Kenleigh, who all meant so much to him.

 

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, Ltd., Chambersburg, with Rev. Dale Lehman officiating. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.
