Robert "Bobby" J. Umbrell, 75, of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania passed away December 27, 2022, at the Chambersburg Hospital with his family by his side. He was born on September 21, 1947, in Waterfall, Pennsylvania to James and Orleana  (Taylor) Umbrell. Bobby worked at General Casting for 43 years. He loved farming and spending time with his grandchildren. 

Bobby is survived by his wife, Ellen D. (Morton) Umbrell, children, Bobbie-Jo E. Umbrell and David J. Umbrell, and grandchildren, Ethan R. Umbrell and Emily E. Umbrell. He is also survived by his brother Glenn Umbrell and sisters Nancy Simpson and Sally Ehman. In addition to his parents, Bobby is preceded in death by his brother, Roger Umbrell. 

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, Ltd., Chambersburg. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.
