Ronald Newton Miller, 76, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away April 8, 2025. He was born April 28, 1948, in Pottsville, PA, to Vernon and Marie (Newton) Miller. Ronald graduated from Chambersburg Area Senior High School in 1966. He served in the US Navy  in Vietnam. 

In his younger years he enjoyed raising Labrador retrievers & spending time dove hunting with them.  During his life time, he enjoyed hunting & fishing with his father, son & friends. After retiring from the US postal service he was fortunate enough to take some trips to Alaska to go hunting with his son. He liked to relax spending time with his friends at various clubs around town. 

 
He is survived by his daughter Sherry Miller of Berkeley Springs WV, son Ronnie Miller of Wasilla AK, brother Jack Miller of Canon City CO, sisters;  Sue Stewart of Shippensburg PA and Kathy McKenzie of Chambersburg PA, grandchildren;  Breanna Miller & Cody Miller of Wasilla AK and   Jasmyn Ashbaugh of Berkeley Springs WV.  He was preceded in death by his parents. 
 
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
