Sheila Haggins

Sheila Nan Haggins, 57, of , Chambersburg, Pennsylvania passed away January 3, 2022. She was born on August 6, 1964  in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania  to Benjamin  and Catherine (King) Thomas. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and step-mother to her children, grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. Sheila really loved life, especially vacationing, gardening, shopping, and enjoying time with her family.

Sheila is survived by her husband Michael  Haggins, her children,  Aresonia  Haggins  ,  Sergio  Haggins  , two step-children, Michael Haggins, Jr., and Marquetta Haggins, and five grandchildren, Isaiyah Hamilton, Samir Haggins, Siniyah Haggins, Konyeh Haggins, and Ser'xavia Haggins. She is also survived her siblings, Benjamin Thomas, Jr., Jerome Thomas, Carmerlita Noel, Hester Thomas, Larry Thomas, Sammy Thomas, Johnny Thomas, Frankie Thomas, Anthony Thomas, and Doug Thomas, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents Benjamin and Catherine (King) Thomas, Sheila is preceded in death by her siblings, Frances Hankerason, Betty Thomas, and Michael Wayne Thomas.  

A funeral service for Sheila will be held on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 1:00 PM at the Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, Ltd., Chambersburg, with Rev. Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the funeral home, and one hour prior to the funeral service on Thursday.
