Timothy J. Piper, 59, of Chambersburg, passed away December 21, 2025. He was born August 29, 1966, in Chambersburg, PA, the son of Edward and Glova (Green) Piper. Tim was an avid hunter and fisherman who loved the outdoors. He was a giver who would do anything for anyone. He loved to cook for others, many times making meals for family and co-workers. Tim worked as a federal contractor for more than 20 years, most recently as a parts delivery tech. 

 

Tim is survived by his daughter, Kelsey Piper; step-children, Elizabeth Moreland, Wyatt Morgan, Taggart Price, Xander Smith, Judy Burrows, and Kylie Piper; siblings, Rick Piper (Tammy), Troy Piper (Holly) and Patricia Piper, long-time partner Brandy Piper, as well as nine grandchildren. 

 

A viewing will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2025, from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM at Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, Ltd., 725 Norland Ave, Chambersburg, PA. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. 

 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Tim’s name may be made to Residential Hospice of Carlisle or the American Heart Association.
