Vernon E. Yinger

Vernon Eugene Yinger, 69 of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania passed from a sudden illness on Saturday, April 22, 2023.  Vernon was born on November 24, 1953. 

Vernon was the son of the Floyd Yinger and Wilma Kingsborough Hershey.  He was proceeded in death by his father, mother and step father Almer Fred Hershey, 2 stepsons, Jason and Benjamin Ritter. 

Vernon is survived by his spouse and 2 daughters, Kristine E. Beck (husband) Dave, Jr., Shippensburg and Michelle Boose (husband) Ray, Jr., Carlisle, 2 granddaughters, 2 grandsons and 7 great grandchildren.

He enjoyed Nascar Racing, Redskins Football and parades.  He was a lifelong member of South Newton Fire Company #49.

Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
